As part of our ISO-9000 process, we contact our customers a few months after their purchases and repairs for their candid evaluatiions of our products and services.  Of course, not every evaluation is 100% positive, and our customers provide us with many good suggestions for improvement.  Many of the suggestions have resulted in improvements in our products.
